Founded by Anup Singh, a Silver-medallist from IIT Roorkee, dLife's journey is deeply personal and yet globally impactful. After being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2011, Singh applied his engineering and systems-thinking approach to understanding the underlying biochemistry of metabolic health. His own success with a low-carbohydrate, high-fat lifestyle became the foundation for a larger mission—to make evidence-led metabolic health solutions accessible and culturally relevant to Indians. Today Anup Singh is a 16th Year pill-free Diabetic- on zero pills and one of the tallest global figures leading the Metabolic Health space.
